From startup to acquisition-ready
– In six months.
Xynteo had been operating like a startup for over a decade. Brilliant consultants, global clients
— Shell, Verizon, Scania, Mastercard — but every project ran as its own island. No shared identity, no unified systems, no sense of one company.
When the founder decided it was time to attract investors, the brand had to grow up fast.
As brand lead, I started with a full audit that revealed a house of brands that needed to become a branded house.
Over six months I rebuilt the visual identity from the ground up, created a DAM accessible to all teams, and — working closely with IT and project managers — integrated brand templates directly into the tools the teams already used.
Then came eight months of workshops and onboarding across Oslo, London, Mumbai, and New Delhi — until the skeptics became ambassadors.
LinkedIn and website awareness grew 110%. Teams across four offices started showing up as one company. And the primary goal? Achieved. Xynteo sold 65% of the business to a British-French private equity firm.
